How much can Sheflow absorb?
Our product range is lab-tested to hold up to 150 ml, about the equivalent of fifty regular tampons. Actual performance may vary depending on your flow.

How do I choose the right size?
Use your waist and hip measurements and compare them with our sizing chart. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up—especially for overnight comfort.

Are Sheflow products compliant and certified?
Yes. We work exclusively with some of the world’s leading sanitary pants manufacturers. Our suppliers are both FDA and ISO certified, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards. In addition, we actively share compliance documents with local product verification bodies, including the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS), to guarantee that Sheflow products meet all local regulatory requirements.

What is your return policy?
As a Luxe Club member, you can try Sheflow risk-free for 60 nights. If your first pair isn’t right for you, we shall return the pair and send you multiple sizes to fit in all at our expense. This policy is exclusive to Luxe Club members.
